Sarah Mucho, singer, musician, songwriter, and cabaret artist will also be returning to perform at 6/15 Green; Sarah was the closing act at our fall festival. See her website for more information: (https://www.sarahmuchomusic.com/about). Long-time garden member, musician and sound technician Dave Emmett, Joe Crupi & Nicko will be performing with Justin Cornell.
6/15 Green has partnered with two longtime artists to display garden-related art along 15th street during the Spring Festival. Both are members of the Park Slope Windsor Terrace Artists group. Carol Adams is a potter who has been creating planters, and will set up shop next to the plant sale. Linda Schneider is a talented painter specializing in our landscape. She has many bright paintings of the Vermont countryside, but for this garden fence exhibition she'll feature luscious Brooklyn scenes. Both - along with dozens of other ArtsPSWT artists - are showing all weekend (and next!) at their annual spring salon at Ossam Gallery on 7th Street. Local artist and garden member Rich Garr is facilitating the curation. Additional artists exhibiting include Jane Lavaud, who will be exhibiting and selling crocheted hats, zippered purses and photography. Sandrine Gigon will be displaying etchings. The Open Space Gallery will also be on display on the other side of the garden, near the barbeque and picnic table.
