Duties:

• Coordinate Spring Festival, Harvest Festival and Winter Holiday Lights.

  • Book artists

  • Schedule events

  • Select date+raindate as early in the year as possible

  • Confirm artists 3-4 weeks in advance, to give 'publicity' and 'tech' teams 1-2 weeks to prepare materials and distribute 2 weeks prior to the event.

• This group gets a team

  • Volunteers should include someone with Sound Equipment experience

  • Volunteers should include people to help with Stage Setup

  • Volunteers must be available to work the Spring & Harvest Festivals, and Winter Holiday Lights.
