Duties:

• Prepare and pick up (or organize pickup of) GrowNYC order

• organize additional plant purchases, if needed (sometimes we get plants at Lapide's, a garden center where Eman shops and gets a discount)

• organize volunteers to pot up plants from garden plots and keep them healthy until the sale; organize and brief volunteers for the sale (table setup, selling plants, break-down)

• coordinate with other garden members involved in the Spring Festival, esp. promotion/marketing

• ensure that we have what we need on the days of the sale

  • price lists

  • plastic bags

  • change

• Hand over plant sale receipts to Treasurer

• Communicate with Steering Committee and garden membership as a whole, about needs and results.
